Great experience with Gene from Roof Masters. Rain delayed our project a week, but when the crew showed up they finished fast. They religiously swept the yard for nails and slate fragments and used dropcloths whenever possible. They were on site for 3 days and replaced an old slate roof with architectural asphalt shingles, a small steel roof with EPDM rubber and a medium 3-tab shingle roof with EPDM. My roofline has lots of strange nooks and crannies, a poorly designed dormer, and a chimney that had multiple previous repair attempts. They handled it all with ease. Highly recommended!
I called Roof Masters due to a radio ad i heard for roof leaks/roofs and when i talked to them they touted their length of time in business and quality work etc etc. I had a major roof leak and they represented to me they would be out within the week. They weren't. The next week, I called again, they represented they weren't in "my" area last week but would be out this 2nd week definitely. (meanwhile my roof is leaking, ceiling falling in). The 2nd week ends, no Roof Master! I called at the beginning of the third week and left 3 messages over 3 days, NO REPLY and obviously now i know to look elseware. Wow, unbelievable, and i went with this company because of all their blah-blah-blah experience and quality blah blah. There are plenty of reputable roofers in the area. STAY AWAY from this one!
